Returns

Clothing and shoes may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in new condition with tags attached.

Items purchased with store credit/return credit are final sale.

Jewelry, holiday, gifts and sale items are not eligible for returns. All sales on jewelry, holiday, gifts and sale are FINAL. Items purchased must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or the smell of smoke- Return will not be accepted if any of these apply. 

Studio South has the right to refuse if we feel they do not comply with our Return Policy. 

All returned items being shipped back must be posted marked within 10 days of the ship date to be eligible for store credit. Please include your original receipt and information including your name, address, phone number and email address on a separate piece of paper with your return. 

Return Instructions:

  • Review our Return Policy 
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, however, if a mistake was made on our part we will pay for shipping 
  • When we receive your return item we will issue a store credit for your original purchase price, minus the shipping, to the email address listed on your return
  • Ship returns to: Studio South, 207 South Main Street, Stuttgart AR 72160

Studio South is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you. 



Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. 1. Log in to your account: 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
